SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1 business day of the order being placed. Orders are sent out between Monday - Friday.
All orders over $100 AUD will be receive FREE standard shipping.
Standard international shipping does not require a signature, so please ensure you have a safe place for your parcel to be left in the event you are not home.
Signature upon delivery will be required for all courier express shipping.
Any Internationally shipped items that may incur custom fees or taxes will be the recipients responsibility. Please become familiar with your countries regulations as a fee may be applied to release your items.
NEVERA holds no responsibility for the loss or damage of all parcels once it has been deemed successfully delivered by postal carrier.
NEVERA is not liable for any delays in transit that may occur during high season periods.
If a parcel is unclaimed the postal courier will contact you and re attempt delivery, if unsuccessful your items will be destroyed. In this event NEVERA will not issue refunds or store credits. To avoid this from happening please keep an eye out for postal emails and text messages notifying you on delivery.
In the event a parcel is returned to NEVERA you will receive a store credit (excluding the shipping fee).
